A month prior notice required to be given by the Parent / Guardian.
School fee for that month will have to be paid, Rs.30/- will be charged for Transfer Certificate.
The names of those students who remain absent from school without any information of application for a period of one month , will be struck off the school roll. For re-admission Rs.1000/- will be charged.
Refund in case of Withdrawal: Refund is possible only on a written intimation, enclosed with fee receipt, given at the time of admission. The withdrawal Of admission will be considered only from the date of written intimation even if the child has stopped attending the school long back.
School leaving certificate can be obtained along- with the refund.
The refund will be payable by an Account Payee Cheque issued in the name of mother/ father / guardian.
